✅ Before Dispatch

Cancellations requested prior to courier handover are processed FREE of charge (gateway processing fees apply for online payments).

❌ After Dispatch

Orders handed over to courier partners cannot be canceled. Doorstep refusals will incur two-way shipping fees.

1. Cancellation Rules & Gateway Fees

  • Customer Cancellations (Prepaid Orders): If you cancel an order paid via Credit/Debit Card or Payment Gateways prior to dispatch, a non-refundable gateway processing fee (approx. 2%–3.5%) will be deducted. Alternatively, you may choose a 100% Store Credit / Discount Coupon with zero deductions.
  • Merchant Cancellations: If an order is canceled by Kashif Luggage & Bags due to inventory stockouts or operational reasons, a 100% Full Refund will be issued without any fees.
  • Doorstep Parcel Refusals: Refusing parcel delivery at your doorstep will result in non-refundable two-way shipping fee deductions from your advance deposit or prepaid balance.

⚡ Karachi Express Same-Day Orders

Express Same-Day delivery requires 100% advance bank transfer (Operating Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM). Express orders cannot be canceled once dispatch has been initiated.

📦 Open-Parcel Deposit Policy

Advance deposits (Rs. 3000 for Suitcases / Rs. 800 for Backpacks) are strictly non-refundable if a parcel is rejected at inspection without manufacturing defects.

2. Prepaid Order Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back strictly to the original payment source:

  • Digital Wallets (JazzCash / Easypaisa): 3 to 5 working days.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 7 to 14 working days (depending on bank settlement cycles).

You can cancel your order free of charge before dispatch by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number.

What happens if I cancel a card or gateway payment?

A non-refundable payment processing fee (2%–3.5%) is deducted by the gateway provider. To avoid this deduction, you can choose a 100% Store Credit coupon for your next purchase.

Can I cancel my order after it has been handed over to the courier?

No, orders in transit cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery at your doorstep, non-refundable two-way shipping charges will be deducted from your advance deposit or refund balance.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Digital Wallet refunds take 3 to 5 working days, while Credit/Debit Card refunds take 7 to 14 working days depending on bank settlement policies.
