7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Kashif Luggage & Bags, we stand behind the quality of our travel gear. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we’ve got you covered if something isn't right.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for any products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage.

 

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your invoice or order confirmation handy.


2. How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team:

  • What to include: Your Order ID and a clear photo or short video showing the defect.


3. The Process

  1. Approval: Once we review your request (usually within 24–48 hours), we will provide instructions for the return.

  2. Pickup/Shipping: For defective items, we will cover the shipping costs. We will either arrange a pickup or ask you to send it back via a local courier and reimburse your shipping fee.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will proceed with your choice of a refund or exchange.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges: We can send you a fresh replacement of the same item at no extra cost.

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or Credit Card) within 5–7 working days after the item is received at our warehouse.
