We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage, or if you are simply not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Our return shipping fee structure depends entirely on the reason for your return:
Case A: Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction (Product is As Described) If the product delivered matches the description and images on our website perfectly, but you still wish to return or exchange it because of a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying 2-way shipping charges (both the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee).
Case B: Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Delivered If the product has a manufacturing defect, arrived damaged, or is completely different from what was shown on our website, no charges will be applied to the customer. In this case, return and exchange shipping is 100% FREE.
Please note that items purchased from our Final Sale collection (or specific promotional events) are considered final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
