Nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide reliable nationwide delivery across all major cities and regions in Pakistan.
• Backpacks & Travel Bags: 100% Cash on Delivery (No advance payment required).
• Suitcases & Trolley Luggage: A mandatory advance deposit of Rs. 5,000 per unit is required prior to dispatch. The remaining balance is payable via COD upon delivery.

• Karachi (Standard COD): 2 Working Days
• Main Cities (Nationwide): 3–5 Working Days
• Northern Areas & Remote Locations: 4–7 Working Days

• Operational Hours: 7 Days a Week | 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Within a 20 km radius of our store).
• Payment & Terms: Requires 100% advance bank transfer before dispatch. Standard rider delivery charges apply.

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24–48 hours via WhatsApp (+92 304 2119766) with an unboxing video or photos. We will process a 100% FREE replacement immediately.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

📅 15-Day Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

✅ Defective or Damaged Products
• 100% FREE Return & Replacement/Refund.
• We cover all return courier charges if the product arrives damaged or defective.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns
• Customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory 4% Govt Tax / Bank Processing Fee will be deducted from the total refund.

💳 Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds are transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet within 7 to 10 business days after quality inspection.
