Karachi Same-Day Delivery
Same-day dispatch is available for Karachi orders placed with 100% advance bank transfer before 9:00 PM.

Open-Parcel Inspection
Customers may inspect the parcel at the doorstep in the courier rider’s presence. A mandatory advance deposit applies before shipping:

• Small Suitcases: Rs. 3,000 per unit
• Large Suitcases: Rs. 5,000 per unit
• Backpacks & Travel Bags: Rs. 800 per unit

If the parcel is accepted, the deposit is adjusted in the final invoice. If the parcel is rejected without a verifiable manufacturing defect, the deposit is non-refundable and covers return courier and handling costs.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days
• Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Remote Areas: Additional transit time may apply
• Sundays and public holidays are excluded

Shipping Charges & Tracking
Shipping charges are calculated according to order weight, dimensions, and destination. Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp after dispatch. Free-shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

Transit Damage Protection
If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video or clear photos via WhatsApp at +92 304 2119766 within 24–48 hours. Eligible cases will receive a 100% free replacement.

Cancellation & Doorstep Refusal

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours or before dispatch confirmation.
• Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to the applicable return policy.
• If an inspected parcel is refused without a manufacturing defect, the applicable advance deposit is non-refundable.
• Refunds for eligible prepaid cancellations are returned to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return or replacement shipping is 100% FREE. Kashif Luggage & Bags will cover the applicable courier charges.

Change of Mind
If the product received matches the description but you wish to return or exchange it due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for two-way delivery charges.

Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled free of charge via WhatsApp or email.

Refund Process
